Journaling

I have decided (in addition to this blog) to start a journal to write in every night before I go to sleep. I  just read an autobiography where the author had a collection of entries from her entire life. It would be a really nice way to chart things I do and my moods and might be a nice way to decompress at the end of the day. I had journals as a child, but was never consistent with them. I plan to start tomorrow night when I get back from the beach (sad...don't want to think about going back home to real life, ugh). Hopefully this journal will fare better than the ones of my childhood!

I have a journal I keep with me all the time. I don't keep up with it nearly as much as I should, but its there. I, like you, kept one as a teen and it is nice to go back and read it to see where my head is at. I can only imagine what I would think of myself ten years from now when I read what I have written. I'm sure with our jobs, a journal is a great way to relieve stress.
